This week my daughter and I had the privilege of doing a photo shoot for this amazing project at this transitional home , investing in children affected by HIV AIDS!
I was struck by the traditional washing line and the colourful laundry of the little children living in the home. [Glad my daughter took these pics!] The name of the place is iThemba Lethu, which means I have a destiny! What a heartwarming experience to see the results of so much love, hard work and good management making a huge difference in these sweet children's lives!

Love how you notice the not-always-obvious (-:
The project's site is lovely.
such a lovely scent when it is dried outdoors...your daughter did a marvelous job capturing this moment of color
What a lovely story - and those washing lines have such a happy hopeful feeling to them!
One of life's small pleasures, the feel and smell of sun-dried washing. I miss it!
