White Flowers

I love white and I love flowers - I have 3 very different types of white flowers in my home right now:
We bought this orchid at our local Farmer's Market. It's the first time we have owned a real live growing orchid plant!I made the concertina paper pot cover from a current local chain store Easter advert! I thought the bright and light colours would work well!Someone special gave me these champagne white chrysanthemums. They are so at home in my vintage silver!A friend covered this coat hanger and gave it to me! It's a great way to hang up this vintage lace evening dress!I am off to the Cape again! Yes the second time in 1 month! I will be back next weekTuesday!

Good luck with the orchid! The pot cover is pretty.
I love the chrysanths in different containers, and different lengths. I'm too lazy to do that.
Coat hanger is so dainty.
Sad to hear you are going to the Cape - it really messes with my daily blogging routine!
Enjoy (-:

Wow, those chrysanthemums are beautiful! I'm hoping to grow white zinnias this summer and can only hope they come a little close. And in your silver, they are just divine. You've inspired me to go out and buy some flowers! I will be my own spring.

I so like the concertina cover - unfortunately I have sent that very same Easter insert for recycling - rats! Will have to use something else ... Oh, I do hope you enjoy your days here in the Cape - it is raining here now but I hope that does not upset your plans too much!

I love the displays in your vintage silver. I always use an old silver teapot to displays white tulips (my favourites)
