I am pleased to say that I am YOUNGER than Barbie. She was born in March and I was born today on the 1st of October 50 years ago! Barbie is still going strong and these office furniture designs from the 1959 Eames Aluminium Club catalogue are as current as ever [I am sitting on a copy of 1 as I write].[a copy of the chair - not the cataolgue!]It's nice to know that I am in good company - [but please if you say 50... say it very softly!]
I am on a conference for the rest of the week. Next week I will be telling you more about the products and the people in my shop!
