Knit 1, Cut 1!

I've been noticing some interesting remakes of knits!

Food and Interior Stylist - Paul Lowe, posted his appealing "Tea Shoot" on his blog Sweet Paul. I had a good giggle when he admitted "Its amazing what you can do with a wool sweater from H&M and a hot glue gun!" Visit his inspirational blog!
Another very worthwhile shot of inspiration comes from Danny Seo of Simply Green. He used a staple gun and some vintage jerseys to jazz up his dining room chairs.

And I cut up some vintage pure wool fairaisle jerseys to make up these cushions which will hopefully soon be available on my etsy shop.

Here they are on my bookshelf, underneath some other cushions, which I will tell you about tomorrow...!

So jealous that you manage to find vintage pure wool jerseys!! I can find nothing but acrylic... I must be looking in the wrong places.

It's so exciting that you're going to be opening an Etsy shop. I can't wait to see!

The wool ones are few and far between and usually have a moth hole or 2 to work around - which adds to the fun! Otherwise I can sometimes find cotton knit.
