Proef
Having owned my own coffee shop for a while, I remained intrigued by good coffee shops that are out of the ordinary. I am a frequent visitor to the web sight of Proef - no ordinary coffee shop - this is a food design laboratory!

WOW! Now that is amazing.
(And by the way, back to earth, how is the water level? Just wandered because it's rising on our side.)
Finally on Friday - Roto Rooter were able to clear the blockage for us! We saw a little "bath tub swirl" and within an hour our dam was gone. What a relief. We have had more HEAVY rain and the drains have coped well - relief again. I believe Cape Town is having unseasonal heavy rain. Hope you keep dry. Denise

Proef started in Rotterdam, not far from my house, their scones and figg-bread is great, and the presentation is the best. But my girls love the toilet the best because there is a little music box they can play. ( I'm happy to hear that you like the little gift I send you). So when you come to holland give me a ring and I buy you a tea at Proef.
