Where the Green Grass Grows

Footwear [I would call them slip slops*] by Hyock Kwon. Fake green grass always gave me a lump in my throat - much like fake flowers. But we are using it in a big and unexpected way in a project which I am involved with. So I have softened towards it and am enjoying the humour of it now!
I do plan to show you the project involving the grass when it is complete.
*By the way - what do you call this type of shoe?

I call them Flip Flops. Such a funny picture! Project - hmmm, grass in the church?
(Thought of you yesterday with the Comrades going past your suburb.)

Oh, man, I love these flip flops! I would simply love to have a pair - it must feels so funny and tickly under one's feet! Good thing the grass is fake though, otherwise you would have to cut it regularly, with nail scissors or something ...

I'd like some of these too. We call them thongs in Australia and I think they call them jandals in NZ!

I am loving the names for these shoes so far - my
slip slops,
quite a few
flip flops,
and then flowerpress's
thongs
or
jandals!

I'd love a pair of these! It'd make my work days of sitting indoors at the computer so much better :)

I would love these in the winter to wear around my home. Great way to beat the winter blues!
