Sorted

The right hand drawer of my dressing table is looking so much better! Things had got quite out of hand in there! So this weekend I made some origami boxes from a few spare sheets of brown cardboard and an old x-ray envelope. It has brought some pleasing order. Remember these origami boxes and these and these?

That is so neat - in every sense of the word! Next time you are in Jozi, you could make a lot of money as a consultant-labourer in my house, but you'd have to stay for 3 weeks (-:

You are a tresure of ideas. These boxes are very cute and those shops were very lovely too. Your blog refreshs my mind.

I think I am going to steal this idea to organize my dresser drawer as well! :-) (hope that's okay!)

Great idea. My daughter Daniela has been making origami for three years and she loves it. Every time I travel for work I try to get some origami paper for her. Will definitely show her your boxes. :-))

Love this idea. I use a tiered cake stand for my jewelry - looks lovely but needs dusting too often!

Very clever and who would have thought to reuse an x-ray envelope.
