Read Roses

Just submitted this item for the upcoming It's a Wrap Exhibition at The Collective in Florida Road.
It's made from vintage book papers and the doiley is made from an old pattern instruction sheet.  The backing poster is a stitched patchwork of retro rose pictures.
The exhibition opens on Wednesday night and runs until the 21st Jan 2012.
The title of my entry - A Bunch of Read Roses!

Wow! So original. Delicate like real roses but full of history and with the charm that they will last into the future. Just gorgeous.
