Milk Bottle Chandeliers and Things

Today is an emotional day for me. It is my youngest daughter's last proper day at school before her final exams start. I have been taking children to school on a daily basis for the past 22 odd years, and that role has just come to an end. I guess the early morning rush won't be missed but the quality time together, the 'How was your day?", "This is how my day went!" will be missed!
Oh well...
The last of my highlights from my recent trip to Gauteng...
The Irene Dairy Farm is a Green Oasis in the seeming Concrete Jungle of Gauteng! It is an operating Dairy Farm with a Coffee Shop and Restaurant, as well as home to lots of real live cows, chickens and things!

I was fascinated by the wrought iron railings around this pond. Each panel is different, although it is made out similar shapes! The Farm Store is decorated with delicious Fresh Food and these delightful Milk Bottle Chandeliers! I have to add that the Americano was served JUST the way I love it. A single espresso in a cup with hot water and cold milk on the side! Yes! What a TREAT!

Ah, thinking of you. It is a new era indeed.
You really DID get around in the few days you were here! I love your attention to detail!

Irene Dairy farm looks great. Heres raising a cupp'a coffee to all the new exciting things you will share with your daughter.

That does sound like a tough day, I can't even imagine. I hope all the changes start to feel great!

I know how you feel. My son also had his last official day of school but fortunately I have another one to go!
