Interior Designer, Writer for Decor8 and Blogger - Vanessa of Turquoise is busy putting together a hunting lodge for a client. She asked her readers for input. It made me think back to my post last week on Cecile and Boyds. They have won the Conde Naste Traveller "Best Hotel in the World" 3 times since 2002 for their design of Luxury Game Lodges for Singita! These interiors are lovely. I think for some game lodges (although the clientele demands ott luxury) the 'pared-down look' could be best: a way to frame and make the most of the the glorious views and exterior.
Wow, this is beautiful. I would love to be sitting by the pool in one of those big cushy chairs!
